We took an island tour on Grand Cayman. The island is small and there is not a lot to do. However, the seven mile beach is beautiful. And, "Hell" is interesting to see. We also booked a snorkeling trip to Stingray City but it was canceled due to rough waters. We hear that Stingray City is something to see.
In Cozumel, we would recommend taking the trip to the Mayan Ruins of Tulum. It is also quite interesting. However, you have to take a small boat from Cozumel to Playa Del Carmen to get there; if you have a tendency to get seasick, be prepared on this excursion.
The Sensation is the type of cruise ship for people
who are looking for an upbeat atmosphere. The ship is called a "fun ship" for a
reason. It has a bit of a party atmosphere. If you are someone looking for a
stuffy, posh experience, this is not it. Although there were over 300 kids on
our ship, we hardly ever saw them thanks to the Camp Carnival program. Overall,
a great time.
