It was my first cruise and my last with Carnival. It started out at the airport, we had landed at Orlando and as we were waiting for the bus to take us to the cruise we had been waiting for.I was hearing stories of the problems that had happened on the Sensations first cruise out of Port Canaveral. I had a feeling it was going to be the cruise that went bad and it was. We stood in line at the customer service desk only to find out that they were not giving refunds. Our plan was not to take a chance of a bad cruise and just go back to Orlando and spend the week there on vacation.

We went on board and went to the lido deck for lunch, only to find a boat that was dirty, the wash room toilet was not flushing properly, and the drinking fountain was full of dirty water and ashes. Our room was not ready it was actually trashed.

We had booked two rooms, which was a good thing because one of the rooms had a broken shower in it so we shared a shower. The shower drain backed up and filled the bathroom with water. We were feeling like kings and Queens at this time!

The Grand Turks were Great! Never saw them! Freeport was Great ,never got of the ship ,excursions were canceled! The Food was not what I thought it would be. The boat was dirty, There was a lot of work being done on it, but I really think it should have been done before it set sail.

The water system was not working properly or sometimes it was not working at all. I guess to some it up, it was the vacation from hell, and Carnival Cruise line could careless. I feel bad for all the people that set sail on the Sensation. I think everyone deserved more then what Carnival had to offer...
