I and my finance was very disappointed in the unprofessional action of those customer service representatives on board the ship.The shore excursion Representative was rude, unprofessional, rushed us, didn't answer our questions, when we asked, she said she didn't know and she didn't know of any of the specifics for the excursions provided in the brochures your company printed out. When we asked to speak to someone else who was more knowledgeable, she refused. When we waited for the next person she yelled at us saying she was the only person who was allowed to speak to her colleagues.

We had purchased 4 tickets all together. 2 of which were a gift to our parents. We paid the fees and was assured that our parents would receive them. Our parents, did not receive the tickets and were hassled by the excursion people when they arrived at the designated area for the excursion, they nearly missed the tour we paid for, not to mention, embarrassed by the staff. Had it not been a gift, they would not have bothered to go.

The whole purpose of the shore excursion counter is supposed to be available to your guests so it is a hassle free, good, safe, haggling free experience to the port of our arrival. It was far from that. My finance and I were given the wrong, far more expensive excursion. We didn't want to leave the island of Cozumel and didn't realize we were going on the wrong excursion until was it far too late, instead we were hassled by the tour guide to purchase over priced trinkets. Went on a boat ride that we didn't want to go on. The excursion was far from fun and or enjoyable. I feel that we were SCAMMED your company by forcing us to go on this excursion. Not to mention , the boat ride we went on made us sick for 2 days. THE LAST two days of our vacation.

All who handled us would not give us their names nor did they wear name tags when they were sent to us because we were complaining. They basically told us that we were lying to them about the experience we had and yet they still would not give us their names or the names of the customer service representative that helped us originally.

This whole experience has put my finance off from cruising this was his first and maybe his last experience on a cruise.

Food was really good and pretty high quality

It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable

There really wasn't all too much actives on board. It seem chaotic. As a seasoned cruiser, I felt confused and disorientated with the activities they provided. Activities they had were not different from any other was just disorderly.

REALLY STAY AWAY FROM GOING TO THE Ferry to the mainland. It was a horrible experience and we were sick the last two days of our vacation. We were made to feel insignificant and liars when we had issues. The shore excursion people are just there to take your money and force you to go on the wrong excursion.

Don't rely on they understanding the excursion cause they have little to no information to give to you.

In Rotan the Zip Line tour was AWESOME! Don't go down the row of scammers...instead go to the side of the mall to the folks on the side. They give you 3rd of the main row of people. They'll take you all over the island and maximize your tour.

For the first 3 days was GREAT! really relaxing we were all very happy despite the small minor issues...the last two days were horrible.
