Celebrity Cruises is supposed to be one of the best cruise lines, well it didn't live up to any of my expectations. I was so excited to go on a cruise, be pampered, have delicious meals and great entertainment. Nothing lived up to the claims in the brochure or what the travel agent said (not their fault). The service was terrible, not all of the staff spoke English, which made the trip unsatisfactory. The shower stall had mold, the water pitcher we were drinking from had dirt and hair inside the container, we didn't know that until we poured all the contents into our glasses. The food was terrible, breakfast buffet was inedible unless you ate in the formal dining area. Lunch was inedible we ate from the grill hamburgers and hotdogs, forget the buffet. Dinner was ok, but I felt so rushed, we had the second seating I should have been able to have a leisurely meal. The staff never remembered what we liked to drink and they were very unfriendly.

Bermuda was boring, since they close the ships' activities such as the casino and shops there was nothing to do in Bermuda, the beach was beautiful and that is about all. I will probably never go on a cruise again because of this experience. I would never recommend Celebrity Cruise line. I wrote a letter to the cruise line and they gave me a voucher for $150 off my next cruise. If anyone has a complaint about their cruise, let the cruise line know about it, they should be told how well or not well they are doing.
