First time on a Celebrity Ship; the Infinity and we were disappointed. We picked this cruise line as it has the logo "we treat you famously". Well, we were treated good, but definitely not famously. It was an average cruise line. About on par with Norwegian cruise line. Smaller size ship, which was a big part of why we picked this ship, but it is old. Absolutely needs a decor upgrade throughout the entire ship. We meet several other couples who unsolicitedly said "this is a very old ship". Then being ages 55 & 56 & noting that we were taking a 16 day cruise, we knew we'd most likely run into an older crowd...but everyone was older than us. Two very small pools that were freezing the entire cruise. The hot tubs should be renames "warm tubs." They were not hot, they were lukewarm at best. Pools & hot tubs close at 8pm daily. Only one theater which had 2shows nightly, 7pm & 9pm. They were high school productions at best. Casino had very tight slots. SO....if you're looking for something to do after 8pm, forget it. There's nothing to do. We went back to our room for Sun, Mon, & Thurs night football. Due to the older crowd & cruise line concern with age? Food was good, but not great or anything I'd remember or recommend to friends or family.

Food was good, but nothing to write home about, Mainly ate at the main dining room. The buffet for dinner had very few choices. A sushi bar, a curry bar, a pizza bar and one other. . That's all I can say about the food.

Stateroom needed updating. Shower in bathroom has no bench to shave legs and there was a shower curtain that kept attaching itself to me when showering. Do they change them with each new cruise? I got creeped out by them. The balcony's glass rail was covered by salt and cleaned twice during the cruise, so you never had a clear ocean view. The sliding door to the balcony didn't slide easily and was very heavy. Also the outside handle was an aluminum slot and not a handle which was hard to open from the outside on the balcony.

Very poor. People around the pool saved seats from 5am and never picked up the towels,so all day seating reserved. Pools too small and freezing. Hot tubs were lukewarm at best. Entertainment was "high school" performances at best. Walked out a few times and then didn't go back for further shows. Casino slots tight. Unless you drink like a fish (several bars) there's nothing to do after 8pm.

Beach day at Cabo was nice. They took us to ME by Melia. Had chaises, umbrellas, lemonade or tea, a Mexican lunch. Puerto Vallarta- toured downtown and the Malecón. Went to tequila factory- samples nice, but bottles of tequila were $86.00. Can do better with Patron. Guatemala tour of coffee estate and then Antigua was wonderful. Highly recommend. Puntarenas- coffee plantation & Sarchi- nice. Panama Canal- went on tour back to Panama City and toured Old Panama City ad then the canal- nice day, beautiful city. Cartagena toured the city, walled city and fort. Best of Cartagena tour. Tour was ok. Cartagena beautiful city. Getting off the ship is AWFUL, no numbers. No priority for shore excursions. Everyone trying to get into 6 elevators t one to get off the ship. Just horrible!

Loved this itinerary! Trip of a lifetime. Wish we had chosen a different cruise line. Worst part..packed everything we bought, souvenirs, Christmas gifts, etc in one bag. Last saw our bag when we placed it outside our room on night before disembarkation and never saw it again. It was not with our other luggage on dock. Yes we put in a claim, but would really like to have items of irreplaceable items for family, friends and grandchildren.
