The staff were wonderful and so helpful as we had a child in a wheelchair. The food was excellent and the activities varied and ongoing. The manager at the restaurant was so helpful. We can't say enough about the helpful wonderful staff. Waiter, assistant waiter, room attendant, activity staff...they were all pleasant and helpful.

The food was excellent. A great selection most nights for our vegetarian.

Our stateroom was clean and well maintained. Our room attendant took special care to make sure the arrangement was to our satisfaction.

There was always lots to do. There have been some changes with the addition of Dancing with the Stripes a take off on Dancing with the Stars, theme nights and best of all a variety of live music. Our favorite was Cactus Jack for dancing the night away to rock, light rock, latin and country.

We booked our bikes at Sitka through Yellow Jacket Bicycles. The bikes were decent albeit the seats were very hard. I like my own padded one with suspension. You should arrange these ahead of time to get a bike that fits your body. Kayaking in Ketchikan we also arranged on our own with Ketchikan Kayak company. Do it. Howard McKim picked us up and we had a private Kayak adventure. They are sit on Kayaks, but nice and stable for the inexperienced and just fine for those who have kayaked before.

I would go again in a minute!
