The Celebrity Lines are classy and friendly but cater to an old crowd. The cruise was nice and the Celebrity Folks try hard to please that's for certain. Very friendly staff and well intentioned.

The food was the same good food we expected. It is comparable to Royal Caribbean, Costa or Princess.

Our stateroom was very tired. The showers were cracked and the floor tiles lifting allowing water and slime to stay in the shower stall and get under your feet. Not pleasing, Our sink look liked it had been scratched with a fork and banged repeatedly with a shovel. It was not pleasing to look at. There was rust/mold along the trim next to the toilet and it was ugly looking. The room was ok except for the balcony door which fell of it's hinge the first windy night. That was not fun, but the housekeeping was right on it and fixed it promptly. The end table in the sitting area had rust under the table stand and it looked like it was very tired. Very disappointed in the stateroom condition.

The onboard activities would have been better if there were younger people to play. I felt bad for the entertainment director during a volleyball game against the staff. He was in the middle of speaking when some loud mouthed American kept yelling at him that he was talking too loud. My god man, this is supposed to be fun. I think Celebrity would do well to have a cruise line for the 70+ crowd. No activities except quiet time....all the time.

The excursions are good. We never book on board because they are too expensive. We like to snorkel. So we ask the local cab driver where the best snorkeling beach is and they take us there for 5-7 dollars U.S. While we are there the excursions usually come in on a catamaran and we snorkel with the paying guests. They leave on schedule. We stay and relax for an extra hour or two and take a quiet ride back to the ship at 1-20th the cost.

Very nice trip. Very relaxing. Been cruising lots now so we kind of do what we want when we want and avoid the rush.
