If you (or child) want to go to sleep before 10 PM, sleep past 7 AM, or nap during the day do not book inside cabins 9195 or 9191. Even though there are no cabins behind you, the rooms back up against the crew quarters and the fire door where they enter and exit continues to slam as they come in and out. It is loud and actually shakes the room. The crew is busy and rushing in and out of that door ALL DAY. It was advertised to us that these were quiet rooms.

Celebrity Millennium Customer Service team and Assistant Hotel Manager are HORRIBLE AND USELESS if you have a problem. We went down to the front customer service desk 3 times at the beginning of the cruise and 3 times they said they would look into the constant banging and even talked to some other folks. We begged them to come up and listen for themselves to no avail. On the 2nd to last day of the cruise we finally got to talk to Rodrigo. He seemed to sympathize and said he would look into it. I again begged him to come up since he seemed to have no idea what we were talking about. He said the front desk never logged our complaints and this is the first of him hearing about this. We were shocked. However we wanted him to try and fix for future guests who may have same problem. He did offer us a $50 dollar on-board credit (which by the way we did not get until LAST DAY-USELESS) NOTHING. The next day and evening were even worse as crew were rushing to get luggage and things settled at end of cruise. I went down to see him on disembarkation morning and I was emotional due to lack of sleep. He finally came up and we showed him the door that was the culprit. Our mom and son in the room next to us were present and explained they heard and felt same thing, just not as bad. Rodrigo said we would get a 25% REFUND for both rooms we had. We come to find out when home that it is a 25% CREDIT towards another cruise with Celebrity. Why would they think we want to give them more money in the future. The noise situation really impacted our vacation. We thought we would be able to rest and catch up on sleep. NO. We worked so hard to save money for this trip and it is just sad that it had to be this way.

The boat itself was fine. Waiters Jamie and Sharma were the BEST. Alaska and the glaciers are a must see.
