The customer service overall was good, but BEWARE!

Not bad, but mostly the same options in the buffet over and over again. Got sick of lack of options very fast.

Get the balcony Veranda, great!

Same venues over and over again, little night activities.

Do not miss scuba on Roatan!
All cruise excursions are super expensive, so try to book yourself while you are on-shore.

The worst part of the cruise was that we missed the Costa Maya Port because of high winds and waves. We were were fully booked for the onshore excursion but was told that the port was closed temporarily. I would have thought that a large cruise line like Celebrity would have made some good decisions to add value to their guests, like find an alternative port to dock near by, or have a holding pattern close by Costa Maya to wait for the waves to die down (which it did in 2 hours on a nice sunny day, one cruise ship was already docked), or have had back-up activities on-board for their guests who are now stuck as sea for another day. Instead, it was decided that the last (and worst) option was to make a very slow return trip back to F Lauderdale as the staff scrambled to duct-tape some activities together. Minimal activities and not even free internet service for the guests stuck on board. Terrible.

A call to their post-sailing customer service failed to give any explanation and also refused follow up with me on their decision-making process.

I will have to think twice about ever going to Celebrity again. Poor decision making, no backup plans, and horrible customer service follow up.
