We had a room for three people. The couch was just awful, we couldn't sleep on it. Our bathroom floor was leaking. Water was comming up from the floor and it smelled really bad like toilet water. They didn't want to do anything about it. I complained many times they finally said we could go down the hall to take a bath, I said no because I didn't want to take my clothes and all of my toiletires back and forth. Also, what about having to go to the toilet in the night?
They gave us another room and it took six hours for them to move us. Me and my sister moved most of our stuff with no help from the staff. Then we had problems with the couch in the new room and we ended up using a bunk bed. The people at the service desk were nothing but rude. Then a young man at the service desk felt sorry for me and he helped me out.
The dining room floor was really bad in spots you felt like you were falling thru in several spots. The head waiter bumped into the wine steward and spilled soup on my husbands head and down his back. They did clean his shirt and pants. Needless to say we will never go on Celebrity again. We will stick with the other cruise lines. We have been on three other cruise lines and thought Celebrity would be good but I was wrong. We spent alot of money on our cruise and were very disappointed.
