1. After we picked up our luggage at the Barcelona airport, we were left on our own to find the buses. We asked and after lots of walking with our luggage, we saw all the reps. from Celebrity outside. We asked why no one was at the luggage pick-up--- answer --we are allowed in the airport.

2. The wait to board the ship was more than two hours.

3. We finally got to our stateroom and were immediately told to go to our muster station.

4. The minute we came back to our stateroom, we had fifteen minutes to freshen up and go to diner.

From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. all we did was stand in line -wait-wait- stand in line- well you get the idea.
P.S. The last cruise we were on was an Alaskan cruise on the Carnival line, we were on board and in our stateroom in less than a hour.

5. Our dinner companions were excellent, but the entrees didn't meet our expectations.
6. The entertainment was excellent .

7.The Summit is showing a lot of ware and tear and should be completely refitted. (Carpet seams lifting, cabin carpets very soiled etc.)

8. The rules in the buffet rooms were way too lax and after several people reported to sick bay, the crew started handing the food. Needless to say we eat in the dinning rooms.

9. Although we arranged and paid for all traveling throw Celebrity, we were charged for luggage on the way home.

10. If it wasn't for the excellent service of the crew, we would not return to Celebrity.

The food was not as good as expected.

The carpets need a good cleaning.

Shows were excellent.

We would discuss excursions.

After waiting eight months for this cruise and planning excursions and so on. We were quite disappointed but enjoyed the on board entertainment.
