We booked through cruise.com and got a good deal. We had to drive from Maryland, but drive up 95 and to dock was great. We are members of the Captain Club, so did not have to wait long in lines to board. (Same for getting off the ship at the end of the trip.
This was our third cruise with Celebrity. The first 2 were great. This one was not.
We had requested not to have our gratuities put on our credit card automatically, but they did it anyway. A call to the front desk was frustrating and a waste of time.

Our table was more a part of the walkway for the waiters and separated from the rest of the dining area by a half wall.Food in the buffet, the only place to eat other than the main dining room was terrible. Fish was hard and dried out, meats vegetables were mushy and tasteless. The lines were not that long, but it took 15 minutes to wait for omlettes. The only good thing was the sushi, (Offered after 5,which quickly disappeared.)
Past Celebrity cruise food in dining room was 5 star. Now it is passable. Steaks were tough, vegetables with meals consisted of 2 asparagus stalks, or 3 beans. (I am serious!)
Lobster dried out and strange liver flavor.
Salads were mini size.
But the alternative to the dining room was the buffet on the 10th deck which was horrible!!
Service was great though.

We were booked in a room with an interlocking door. We had tried to get it changed through cruise.com but they were useless. Last time I will book on line because they were good at taking our money, but did not follow through with room or dining assignment. Celebrity dealt with the security issue of the interlocking door by using masking tape!!! No kidding. I am a middle school teacher and have seen an 11 year old break masking tape in less than a second, so we didn't feel secure!!

Staff was great. There was always ice and water in the room.

Room was in good shape. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Stopper in sink drain did not work so water kept on backing up and you had to pry it loose and lift it which allowed you to see the digusting black mold in the stopper.

The first show we went to we walked out in the middle.

Shore excursions ok. We ended up taking the ferry to Hamilton on our own and walked around. There were rave reviews for Horseshoe bay from fellow passengers.

It was disappointing. Definitely not the cruise that we were hoping for. We had sailed Royal Carribean, Big Red Boat, Princess and Celebrity. I am looking at Oceania Cruises next. Hopefully they will be more similar to what Celebrity used to be.
