Simply put - very disappointing. The first 3 days we had no working toilets in our state rooms. I have been on 2 other Celebrity cruises and was very satisfied. The Summit needs to be taken out of service immediately and repairs made. Also the hot tubs never worked (all 6 of them) from the start of the cruise. We were told they needed to have maintenance work.
The buffet was the same everyday both lunch and dinner and most areas were closed.
The statement room was clean and neat, but not toilets. It started to become a health hazard when the smell started to kick in.

The overall trip was pleasant with the exception of the sanitary conditions. Celebrity did not seem to respond well enough to the problem
