I just came back from a 5-day cruise, leaving from Miami, and going to Key West and Grand Cayman. We had a great time. I was very impressed by the service. We got upgraded to Concierge Class, which was very nice. Our wait staff was phenomenal. Each 5-course dinner came out in record timing. We got a 2-person table, per our request, and it was very cozy. The sushi cafe was also a very good option for pre-dinner snacking for people with 2nd-seating. The ship did not seem crowded: there were plenty of deck chairs everywhere. It was nice to eat breakfast out on the deck every morning. We felt extremely pampered the whole time. My only complaints: the shower tiles were irregular and moldy, and one of the shows was awful (but the rest were entertaining).

As far as the ports:

Key West: We just walked around the town, which was very charming. There are good deals in the jewelry shops.
Grand Cayman: tendering was a big pain, esp with high winds. Getting from a small boat to a platform on the ship while the boat was bouncing seemed very precarious. We did Stingray City, which was an amazing experience.
