the entertainment crew was great, very friendly with everyone, got people to join in the fun and dancing. I truly enjoyed every minute

When we arrived for lunch they ran out of silverware and we had to wait. The buffet was a disappointment, food that should have been hot was cool, the pizza was soggy and tasted awful.(and this is an Italian ship?) Dinner was another disappointment too many problems there to list. Our waiter was not friendly or accommodating. I have been on a lot of cruises and this was by far the worse dining experience. The food was average, I had been told that Costa had the best food of all cruise lines. Everyone on the ship that we encountered felt the same as we did, the food was so-so. The service so-so..

We had a wonderful steward, can't say enough nice things about him. He was always there and responded so quickly when needed.

We had a great time, thanks to the entertainment crew. I liked the lay out of the ship so easy to get around but sadly We will never do another Costa cruise because of our dining experience.
