We have been on the Atlantica in the past and had a wonderful time. After the last cruise I wouldn't go on a Costa cruise ever again. Horrible service, grumpy staff, ports were not that great. We were promised a $100 on board credit and it was never honoured!
The food was disgusting.! Over cooked sometimes undercooked others! Quality was poor. I filled out the comment card and requested to be contacted after and never heard a word. I started ordering two dinners because there wasn't enough edible on one plate to satisfy.
The room was fine but the TV didn't work. Not that big a deal who goes on a cruise to watch TV. But I tried to call and report it to the front desk. The phone rang for 40 minutes before someone answered.
