On the Costa Magica, "Cruising Italian Style" takes on a whole new meaning, as the interior theme of the ship is Italian holiday spots. Millions of dollars were invested in original paintings, sculptures, wall hangings, and specially designed furnishings. Costa Magica is enormous, especially by European standards, at 105,000 tons and carrying 2,720 passengers (maximum capacity of 3,470), it also has thirteen passengers decks. Well-designed lifeboat placements ensure unobstructed sea views from all outside cabin windows. The Costa Magica features seven bars, a casino, two dance clubs, two showrooms, a library, laundry service, computer room and a video game room. Specialty restaurants on the Costa Magica inlcude two dining rooms, a buffet and a pizzeria, guests can enjoy dinner in the reservations-only Club Grand Conte for an intimate, candlelit atmosphere.
