We live in Ft. Lauderdale, so we only had to go to port everglades to embark, that went quite smoothly.
When we went to our room, a suite with veranda, it was much smaller than described in the brochure. The ports were common, but we were ok with that.
When dinner came around, the crew seemed to rush us, and the food was disappointing to say the least.
I got the feeling they just wanted to fill the ship, take our money and the romance was then over.
The extra charges were shocking and the entertainment could have been done better by a bunch of high school kids.
When choosing a cruise, keep in mind you get what you pay for.
This is was our first Costa trip, we have been on other lines and Costa does not even come close to any of the other lines.
Save your money or spend a little more and choose a better line.
