The ship was beautiful and very clean.The staff was most helpful. Romeo our waiter in the dining room was excellent. There was always so much to do. We did not get back to our cabin until around 2am each night. It was very good to have access to the internet 24 hours a day. We found the ports of call, Key West, Cozumel, Grand Cayman very nice to visit. We did not like Ocho Rios. While the food was good it was nothing special. The entertainment in the theatre was only fair. Now comes our number one complaint, the mattresses. They were extremely uncomfortable. This was the biggest complaint to many other passengers that we talked to. When Costa replaces the mattresses, we would definitely like to cruise again on the Mediterrranea
