Itinerary: Savona italy to Guadelope
After leaving Savona Italy it was with great anticipation I looked forward to this cruise.
Customer service was rude, could barely speak english.
As a Diabetic I had requested a container for my needles. One time they even gave me envelopes for them. After 5 days I finally got their attention. I had to visit the Doctor, after 45 min I finally found it, I asked at CS and again 4 other crew members, I just went in circles.
On the final night my bill was just put into my mail basket no envelop, in fact one page was pulled out, as thought some one looked at it. Not very appropriate or discreet.
No food or non alcoholic beverages i.e.. coffee or tea after 5:00pm. Extra service charge of 5,50 euro for room service.Every breakfast was the same food. Dinners were dry over cooked. Sat at a cramped long table were you had to climb in an unladylike manner to get out. Needed food for my diabetes, so I took food back to my cabin.
My stateroom was nice. Needs updating. Never did get my face clothes after 16 days
Didn't really participate. I booked classes before i left and could not get after several trys to acknowledge I had them despite receipt. Just cancelled
Every stop was breathing taking, don't miss out. There were only 8 people from Canada or the US. on the cruise. Thus My tours on shore were with German or italian speaking people. I had to pay the full price but had to listen to a foreign language.
