My husband and I booked this cruise for our honeymoon because we loved the itinerary - Tunisia, Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, etc. The ports were exotic and the excursions were well organized and interesting.

Excursions - You DO NOT need to book an excursion for every port. And do not book your excursions ahead of time. Once you get on the ship, your English guide will recommend which excursions are worth it and which ports you can explore on your own. Excursions are expensive so I would only book two at the most.

Food - The food at dinner was excellent. We loved everything we ordered. It was mostly Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. For breakfast, you could either eat in the dining room or go to the buffet which were both good. Lunch was served as a buffet in two locations which was ok, not great. There were snacks in the mid-day but I would have liked to have had food accessible at all times since sometimes by the time we got back from the ports, “snack-time” was over and we had the 9:15 p.m. dinner time.

Staff - The waiters and the staff in general were so friendly and helpful. Because the ship was mostly Italians, there was an English guide on board who was very personable and would answer any and all questions.

Atmosphere - There was a festive atmosphere. However, if you are wanting to “party” like we were, be prepared to hang out with the teenagers in the “Club Bahia”. The DJ was great but we are in our mid-twenties and felt old on the dance floor. Also, since the ship was mostly Italians, very few people speak English, so you won’t get to know that many people.

Entertainment - We mostly took advantage of the great D.J. at night. Also, there was a Karoke night which was a lot of fun. We also saw a Flamenco show which was good and a Magic Show which was ok if you like magic. If you want to take advantage of the shows, make sure you book the early dinner since you will be cutting dinner short to make it to the shows.

Overall, I would recommend this cruise.
