Our ship was advertised as new. It was at least 10 years old and in poor condition. Many things on board did not work. No water in either pool or hot tub, sun deck not ready for use, A/C not operational (some cabins and the dining room uncomfortably warm), teak walk around deck warped and dangerous, some exercise equipment not in operation, PA system not audible in all parts of the ship, TVs not working, engine broke down making an extra layover in Sitka, crew were advertised as English-speaking but many were not and the selection and preparation of the food was far below what one would expect on a cruise that cost top dollar. We are considering a class action suit. Do not travel on this ship. The "powers that be" don't have given us reason, so far, to think they don't care that we feel cheated.
