Park H. Davis
Age: 36 to 45 Elegant and understated, the Crystal Harmony was superb in almost every detail. I traveled on somewhat of an oddball itinerary that had plenty of sea days (and one bonus one as we crossed eastward over the International Dateline). The ports of Western Samoa and Tonga were interesting enough, but the real attraction was the Crystal Harmony. The food far surpassed any I have had on other deluxe cruises aboard Cunard, Rennaissance, or Radisson ships. The specialty restaurants, Kyoto (Japanese) and Prego (Italian) were absolute standouts. The staff should also be commended; friendly, attentive, attractive and professional. For gamblers, the Caesars Palace at Sea is incomparable. I shaved a lot off my bar tab by playing (and winning) in the casino. Drinks are free and the entire casino staff was delightful. The ship is spotlessly clean and in excellent repair but may be in need of a minor refurbishment due to the somewhat dated look of a few of her public rooms. All in all, kudos to Crystal!
