This was our 17th cruise and have cruised, Princess, Celebrity, Holland American, NCL, Sitmar, Big Red Boat, and Royal Caribbean. We have felt that Celebrity and Princess were the best, but Disney out did them all. It was Disney class from start to finish. It was pricey, but well worth the price.

The food in the dinning rooms was superb, some of the best we have had on a cruise ship. The buffet in the Topsider was the worst of the cruise. The food was just OK and the room is crowded. After one visit we stayed away. The buffet in Parrot Cay is much better and better atmosphere. We also went to Palo's which the food and service were superb. They have kids meals, but they really class it up for the adults as well.

We had a delux outside stateroom, which was found to be larger than most on other ships. It also had a bath tub and separate toilet and sink from the tub area. We only had a tub on the Big Red Boat and in a suite on Princess. The stateroom was well furnished and well maintained by the steward.

The onboard activities for the kids are awesome. There were many things to do for adults too. We were with our grandchildren and spent most of the time with them. The character experiences were great and never ending.

Our cruise was re-routed due to Tropical Storm Annie and Hurricane Bill. We went to Cozemul, which we were not happy about, but the Dolphin Adventure was well worth the price for the kids and they only charged $25.00 for adults to observe. Their private island, Castaway Cay, is also well done.

This is a don't miss for kids and even those who like to cruise, but don't go without kids. The entertainment was Disney class and style and very well done and enjoyable. They have a great kide program and the kids ask to go instead of spending time with their parents. You are never out of touch as you have a beeper for them to reach you if needed. We felt Celebrity Cruises had set a standard, but Disney set the standard higher. We probably will take the grandchildren back in a few years for another cruise.
