We have been really disapointed with the cruise. It is way overpriced for what we get. The ship was clean but the pools were overcrowded with childs with no parents. Also the movies around the pool were so loud we cannot talk. There was no control in the pool and it was very difficult to swim with the kids.

We reserve a special for my kid birthday and we simply received cupcake at 9h30 PM. Very dissapointing from Disney crew for a 4 year girl.

The food was simply OK and the coffee was disgusting: nescafe with coffee mate. The service was excellent but the restaurants were too noisy to understand the servers and to discuss with the familly for diner.

The stateroom was clean but the vacuum toilet always left a waste tank odour the maintenance man was not able to solve. Also the bed were uncorfortable with always a spring in the bones even if i weigth only 180 lbs. The double mattress was simply 2 single bed put together.

The activities were too late and not for young kids. I was expecting more presence of the characters. Even the firework was at 10h30 PM, the kids were in bed.

We cannot complain about the activities. The ship arriving late at the dock made the excusion very short.

Overall the trip went fine but was in no point relaxing (deck and restaurant noisy). The only relaxing area was the room balcony.
