WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

This was my 5th cruise overall and our 1st with Disney.

We were a group of 16, the food was so-so and the shows were substandard to other cruise lines. The staff besides the music director was outstanding.

The ports have been reduced from 3 to 2, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo.

The food was so - so and the quality being slight better than that of Denny's.

We had a deluxe ocean view stateroom that a lot of wasted space was taken up by the second adjoining bathroom.

Reason being is the outdated design and age of this ship.

My son plays the piano and was looking forward to playing at the talent show on board. We signed up and thought we were going to be contacted with only 6 people total signed up.

The cruise is apparently about "making dreams come true" but to our surprise they did not allow my 8 year old to play because he apparently missed the rehearsal the day before. Voice mails are left throughout the entire cruise to join the Disney vacation clubs etc. but they did not contact 6 kids to make it to the rehearsal.

It was so sad to see my son's expression when the music director Michael refused him to play.

To sum it up it was overpriced for what you get. The lines were long to see the characters, the shows were below average and the food so-so.

All in all it is better to go on another cruise line with a newer ship and you will find much more value.
