Are you thinking about taking a cruise? Let me just say, this cruise is DEFINITELY amazing. As soon as you see it at Port Canaveral, you will get goosebumps. The ship is absolutely beautiful.

Cape Canaveral

Cape Canaveral is the city the ship leaves from. It is not that spectacular, but it does have some great things to visit such as the NASA space center.

The Ship
The Disney Wonder is truly beautiful. As soon as you walk in you realize how new and how spectacular it is. The top deck is where you can find the pools and bars. Other decks have a movie theater, and the Walt Disney Theater which is used for live shows. There is no casino, but no one seemed to miss it.

Nassau
Nassau is not what it is always made out to be. It is pretty in some spots, yet sad in others. The people of the Bahamas do not all live such a privileged life. But many parts of the city are amazing such as the Atlantis Hotel, but it is VERY crowded and shops are VERY expensive. The Blue Lagoon is a great place to visit, and the dolphin encounters are alot of fun. Overall, Nassau is a great place to visit, but maybe only once.

Castaway Cay
WOW!! Castaway Cay (pronounced key) is really a great island! A lot to do, such as biking, water sports, peddle boats, great food, and so much more!

The folks at Disney are so nice that since it rained the first day we were at the Cay, it rained. So they took us right back the day we were scheduled to be at sea. How nice!

Overall
We had a WONDERful time. It was probably the best trip we have been on. Make that definately. Although people criticize the ship, saying the food is not that great, it really is good! You have so many options, I guess the skeptics just got lost looking for what they wanted. The service was terrific, always attentive and always helpful. Don’t wait to book your cruise, these ships fill up fast! And also be sure to get a balcony stateroom, because that truly made everything perfect!! Next time we need to book a 7 night cruise on the Magic! Enjoy your cruise!!
