This was our second cruise with Disney. We had done a 4 day Bahamas cruise with Disney in April of the same year and loved it so much we spent two weeks at WDW and then took a 7 day Eastern Caribean cruise in September (The cruise date above is approximate). We absolutely love Disney Cruise Line. They are very polite and friendly, the service from everyone is impeccable and the ships are so well appointed. You can't beat seeing the Big Cheese, himself, Mickey Mouse either.

We enjoyed the one Shore Excursion we did, a tour of St. Thomas. It was fun and educational. We were driven all over the island by a local with a friendly and humorous demeanor. The people of the island are friendly and beautiful. I would live on St.Thomas, if it were practical for us, sadly it is not. The trip around the island in an open air truck was also very relaxing and the island is just beautiful. We want to go back to Charlotte Amalie again and again. The rum is not too bad either and there is a Pusser's Store right on the main road through Charlotte Amalie.

The food on the ship was amazing. We enjoyed every meal, fresh fruit and veggies were available and brunch at Palo was fabulous. You must do brunch at Palo if you cruise Disney. It is the best! Fireworks in the sky over the ocean? Wondeful! No one else does it except Disney. You cannot beat Disney for putting on a good show.

We will DEFINITELY do Disney cruises again and again, because we love Disney and the experience was one of the best of our llives!

As well off retired folks, we enjoy the luxury of being able to do pretty much what we want. The price of a Disney cruise is high, even for the two of us, (because we like to buy lots of souvenirs on board and spend money in port) and we wanted to experience the Magic of Disney at sea. It was just wonderful.

I do not know how a regular family would be able to afford the luxury of really doing it up on a Dsiney cruise. That could be an issue with families that cannot afford the luxury of a suite or stateroom wiht veranda. It would take saving up for a while to afford it. I am symopathetic to that, as I di that for years before I got old and retired...and became disabled. I could never have afforded trips to WDW or Cruises on any Cruise LIne. I had to pay bills.

That is why we act like big kids now, enjoying it and having the time of our lives, especially when we sail and play the Disney Way! It really is magic to sail with Disney!

Excellent! Food was plentiful and delicious. I especially liked the cold fruit soups. They were amazing. One night I was ill and they brought me my food to the cabin. It was such great service.

Our stateroom was clean but the bed was so bad. The matress was old and we asked for a bedboard. It helped a little. They need to replace all matresses on the Magic and the Wonder. They are old and bad. The stateroom was roomy and it was cute. I loved the veranda and spent a good deal of time there, resting and reading. it was quiet and peaceful. I loved watching the water at night, the colors of the ocean are incredible in the Caribbean. And it is quiet and peaceful to sit out on the ceranda and watch the water and think, or just read or sit and daydream...that is what a cruise is all about for us.

We went to a couple of shows and never had any use for the children's deck. We were quite happy with the entertainment. We usually can find something to entertain ourselves with.
