This was a VERY disappointing cruise. As 5 of us were traveling, it was quite costly....and not worth the money spent.

Embarkation went very smoothly.

We had a junior suite and an interior cabin. The suite was nice, spacious, and clean. The interior cabin was very small.

The Windjammer Cafe was worse than cafeteria food. After a few attempts, we stopped dining there. We were astonished at the poor quality of food and the non-existant service.

The dining room food quality and service was good.

The cabin steward was not nearly as attentive as past cruises and the interior cabin did not get turned down in the evening several nights.

Debarkation was a nightmare! We had the earliest of exit colors as we had very early flights and it took us about 2 hrs to debark due to incredible confusion and miscommunication.

This was one of the worst cruises we have sailed...

We were credited between $150 and $200 ea for our complaints...NOT WORTH IT!

This cruise was very obviously bigger than they can at all handle!
We will never again sail on a ship that large.
