We were once again VERY impressed by Holland America; and anything we didn't like on a previous Maasdam Cruise seem to be addressed!! The new ''automatic $10'' a day tip on your bill charge may be questionable; but can be adjusted at the front desk if one is adament it is too much in our case we tipped separately also!! Our Stewards were outstanding, food exceptional, excursions very well done, and the OOSTERDAM is truly a World Class SHIP
