THIS COMPANY HAS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB OF SELF PRAISE,HENCE OUR BOOKING ONE OF THEIR CRUISES.HOWEVER THE REALITY WAS NOT UP TO EXPECTATIONS. FOOD , VERY AVERAGE TO BORING SERVICE, OK BUT STAFF POORLY TRAINED. CABINS , EXCELLENT. I REALIZE FIRST TIME CRUISERS WILL MOST LIKELY ENJOY THEIR CRUISE AS THEY HAVE NO COMPARISONS ,READING REVIEWS I SEE MY OBSERVATIONS ARE SHARED BY MANY OTHER REVIEW WRITERS AND FROM QUITE A WHILE BACK BUT NO IMPROVEMENT TAKES PLACE,THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE SATISFACTION REPORT WE FILL IN ON BOARD .IT AMAZES ME NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY APPEARS TO READ THEM. ON THE SERVICE SUBJECT ITS PRETTY EASY TO TRAIN THE STAFF TO AT LEAST PRETEND TO BE POLITE. I CAME AWAY FEELING MY PATRONAGE WAS NOT REALY APPRECIATED

3 STAR food

VERY GOOD cabin

OK shows and entertainment
