Itinerary: Alaska
I had read many reviews concerning HAL and
the MS. Ryndam and would like to report that this was one of the best crises
(Alaska departing Seward, AK to Vancouver, Canada 7 days) my wife and I have
taken. The ship was mostly spotless (Purell stations in all locations) and the
crew couldn't have been friendlier. The food was excellent and the service
superb. Our cabin steward (Joe for short) knew us by name and kept our room
immaculate. The shows in the show room were first class with the exception of
the magician, who was a little vulgar for ourt taste, but other than that I
would have to rate this cruise a 10 on the a scale of 1-10. The boarding and
leaving of the ship was flawless and very orderly. I would recommend this ship
for the mature traveler who does not like loud party atmosphere. The only
negative point was that the off-shore activities were too pricey. The scenery
was beautifully and the price of the cruise was incredible. We would definitely
cruise with HAL again.
