My husband, mother, 83 yr old grandmother, and 3 yr old daughter had a ball.
We are definitely used to 5-star service, and what this ship lacked in appearance and many of the luxuries we are normally accustomed to, was more than compensated for by the wonderful customer service/etiquette!

The food was delicious! We loved the on-site activities for our daughter; and our time ashore was just long enough.

I must admit, my face fell a bit when I saw our cabin ... it was very small, and not at all what I had imagined, but it was clean, and comfortable enough for the amount of time we devoted to it.

We allowed the on-ship photographer to take a few pictures of us engaged in various activities, and were pleased with both the quality and the price.

Bottomline: As first time cruisers, on an out and back, this was great and economical! It was also once in a lifetime for us, but what a beautiful memory, and my husband (an AF pilot), my Mom (an Army wife), and I are world-class travellers.
