This was our first cruise and we had a good time. My husband and I were celebrating our 6th anniversary and wanted to do something special but had a limited budget. I felt we made a good choice.

We took the 3 day 2 night cruise. From the moment you board the ship you will be invited to have a Bahama Momma. This will continue until you debark on the 3rd day. They are quite expensive and have very little alcohol (my husband said he couldn't taste any in it.) I had read other reviews from this site before we left and found them to be very accurate as to my experience.

The crew were exceptional in their service. The food was good. The entertainment was very good. No one had told us there would be a 19.00 charge per person added to our card for gratuity. It was well worth it, but we wouldn't have been tipping had we known.

Our room was in the very bottom of the ship and not very pleasant, but I was expecting a "closet" so I wasn't surprised. We didn't spend much time there anyway, so it was o.k. Overall, it was a good time for the price. We will probably go bigger and better next time, though.
