My Husband and 2 Boys ages 13 & 11 had a wonderful
time!
The Boat itself was well maintained. The rooms although small approx(10x10)and
outdated, were clean & efficient. We had an ocean view -R23 and the boys had a
inside stateroom -R29A (not worth the difference in cost--same size room and the
porthole view is not worth it).
The food Buffet was great, the refillable cups are worth the cost (we bought 2
and carried them everywhere! The music was great. The karaoke was fun.
The pool and 2 Jacuzzis although small, were enough to entertain my boys and
other children while the adults enjoyed the sundeck.
Our Late Dining waiter "Dante", & Assit were awesome! Friendly & quick! The food
was great
Once in Nassau, "Joe" helped us choose the Blue Lagoon excursion and added on
Sting Ray City & Dolphin Encounters. The experience was great! Blue Lagoon is
Beautiful. Swimming & feeding Sting Rays was awesome! The opportunity to
interact with "Andy" the Dolphin and his trainer was a genuine experience. The
only regret was the short time we were on the island!
Overall, the crew (who were mostly from countries abroad- Philippines, Columbia,
Ireland etc) were the hardest bunch of workers! Although they wore many hats
during the cruise (dancers/singers were also waiters excursion guy was also
bingo host, etc.) they were always very friendly & helpful. During our Blue
Lagoon excursion 2 of our Dolphin tickets were lost "Yolanda" the Director that
joined us, quickly aided us in getting new tickets.
I suggest you buy all necessities before boarding. Sun block & Suntan lotion and
a 4 pill package of Advil were 43.00 plus 15% gratuity.
Although the cruise charged a flat $20.00 per person gratuity fee, and add 15%
gratuity to all purchases during the cruise. The staff were certainly worth it!
