I never even got to go on the cruise. I confirmed our reservations two months in advance, was told I would get an itinerary, but one week prior to the sail date I still hadn't received it. I called and asked for a copy to be emailed. I was transferred to someone who informed me the sail date I was confirmed for "no longer exists". To make a very long story shorter, they had the phone number incorrect, which no one bothered to fix. What I don't understand is that every time I called in the months prior, I would be asked for my phone number, my name, my address and the confirmation number. How was this error not caught before? Anyway there was no room on either of the dates closest to the origional date. I was told I would have to reschedule. I had to make four calls and I spoke with 11 people that day. Only two of them apologized and the only thing they did was extend the expiration date. After calling one month later I'm told no refund period, and I will have to transfer it or use it myself. Since my husband has to request time off one year in advance, this is not possible now. I am not impressed with this company and I haven't even received the service in which I paid for. Beware!!!!!
