Again Do Not Do It. I have been in the customer service industry for years and these people are far from it. I enrolled in a program paid my money, then with-in two days I was laid off. I called them back to cancel, but they told me I couldn't get a full refund. They kept around $400. When I was able to re-schedule, I had to pay at that very instant and if I called them back I was going to be charged the new rate. Which was an additional amount. I was driving in my car so I could safely give them a cc #. I couldn't understand, why they couldn't wait till I was back at my office. The lady was very pushy and actual told me, "I owed them money, since they had reserved me a vacation". Couldn't believe she was saying that. Anyway, I would not book anything with these people.
