This was the worst cruise I have ever been on. The staff is rude and they are very unorgainized and lost paperwork for my excursions and I was FORCED to pay for them again and am having to dispute the original charges on my credit card. We also couldn't get our "coke" bucks which was also pre paid for 2 days into the cruise. Despite the face that I had brought proof with me! They changed up our reservation for our family of 6 to late dining when 3 of us are diabetic and had confirmation for the early seating for dinner. The food was bland at best. No one on staff takes any responsiblity for any problems and refers all issues to "Naples" for mix ups. I would never recommend this cruise line to anyone I like and I am not sure I would recommend them to my enemies either. My father who is in his 70's took a fall on the ship because of the slippery flooring near the hot tubs and they again didn't take any responsiblity. The food was not good. Any of the resturants other than main dining required seperate payment. Do not expect to get any drinks free. Cabin staff was just adequate. Shows at night were awful. Tunisia is not worth getting off the ship for. Not worth the expense nor time.
