Incredibly good value. Staff were almost all very friendly, food fabulous, entertainment very good, cabins more luxurious than I had anticipated. Overall a great experience for all four of us enjoying our first cruise

Standard was higher than I had expected. Red Velvet Restaurant great service . Zanzibar buffet was also good quality food. Circle of Gold seemed to be more of a venue to train staff, but an easy response which was to eat elsewhere.

Larger than expected cabin and balcony was delightful . Just far to busy to just sit out there.

Daughter liked the pool once it was heated from day3 . I used gym twice and it was very good, we attended most of shoes and thought they were of good standard and fun. Everything in five languages was tiresome and unnecessary.

We went on shore each time and did our own thing which was easy enough to arrange. We did one organized tour in Athens and found that it wasn't good value and wished we had made our own arrangements there also. Santorini and Dubrovnik were fantastic.

Overall we had a great time. We would recommend to all and would sail with this company again. Complaints , pretty minor. The MSC web site is very clunky and we had to keep calling up as it fell over on us several times. Boarding took about 100 minutes of queuing and was tiresome but hard for them to improve as 3600 people arrive at same time. Disembarking at end and for stops was very smooth even when tender boats used. The cruise was great value. We pre-booked the wine package and that did save us money.
