We were very disapointed in this cruise line. We (group of 60) went on country theme cruise. The concert of the Bellamy Brothers was excellent but the rest of the cruise was not much of a theme. We found the sun decks crowded and the multilanguage announcements very annoying. We did bring our own dj and dance instructor with us so we did have fun within our group. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to do whatever they were allowed to do.

The service at our dining room was excellent but the food was just average at the most. I asked for a simple shrimp cocktail which got turned into a joke because I was told it would only be available on the last night. The lunch buffet lines were very unorganized, people cutting in line just because they put plates at wrong spots on the line... The midnight buffet was the worst buffet I have ever seen on a cruise ship. Room service is supposed to be 24 hr but the menu is very limited. You cannot even get a fried egg or burger. I think this was very misleading.

Our stateroom was a balcony room. Looks were nice but the vibrations in the room at night kept us up most of the night. I found folded pieces of paper in the ceiling tiles where others had tried to quiet down the room noises.

Not much

We signed up for 2 excursions but both were canceled. We did find same excursion on shore for less money and had a great time.

The lounges and clubs were great but we probably would not travel with this cruise line again.
