The embarkation & debarkation was VERY unorganized & the older couple who were handling people were extremely rude, rude, rude & way over there heads in how to organize people. We experienced the older man yelling at many people at different times which was terrible. We had the older tall woman tell us that we were not in the line that we really were in & that we should o to the end of the line -- we refused -- how strange & unprofessional is that!! The cruise was fine -- rough seas though. The saving of pool chairs was ridiculous -- many, many chairs were saved for hour on end & no one used them, so others had to go without chairs. The debarkation process on the ship was poor -- we had to cross from one end of the crowded ship to the other to wait in the theater without knowing what to expect & then an hour & 45 mins later we were called to leave the ship! The overall communication was terrible! Our time in 2 of the three ports was less than 3 hours due to having to wait to go on excursions, that were also poorly organized & poorly communicated. I look forward to my next cruise to be on an America owned & operated ship.

Ok

Good actually

Shows were so-so --nothing to write home about!

Do your own -- much wasted time waiting. Not enough time in port!

Not Msc again!
