I was very disappointed. First..food was pretty bad. Same thing everyday with a maybe one or two new things added in. I got to the point where i dreaded going to eat. Didn't gain any weight on this one! They have two complimentary dining rooms, but they serve the same menu! The left hand side of the menu stays the same everyday. The right hand might add 1 or 2 new dishes. If you don't care for the new dishes..well guess what? You're back to eating the same thing again. I ate the steak and baked potato almost every night. The Garden Oasis buffet has the same thing all the time. SOOO boring! Then O'Sheehans only has a limited menu. Room service has a few sandwiches and the same hamburgers and hotdogs you get all day in the buffet. The Outdoor Grill is just another hamburger and hotdog, pizza place. If you want to get something better or different you have to PAY! The rooms are so small that two people cannot pass each other without one crawling across the bed. The toilets are no bigger than porta potties and the shower is small as well. Both have frosted glass doors so if someone comes in the room while you are showering or using the potty, they see you. Nowhere to change after you come out of the shower. A curtain can be pulled, but still you are exposed to the door if it opens. The balconies are huge. They could have used some of that space for the bathroom or room. Shows were ok. They have 6 lanes of bowling for over 4,000 people. There are lines for everything. Lines to get a dinner table, see the shows, etc. The pool is smaller than most home pools..for 4,000 people. They are always packed full. The slides seem nice, but of course, you are standing in line to wait for the tubes, so that takes away some of the fun. The ship is not what you would call glamourous or even beautiful. It is the plainest ship I have ever sailed on. They have one pretty chandelier and that about sums up beauty. Everything is really plain. Even the dining rooms are just plain. The Manhattan plays the same music soundtrack every evening until the band comes in. Then they pretty much sing the same things. Room service was very slow and one time they delivered my order to the wrong room and just left it there. My steward noticed it and told me because I was complaining of not getting my order. They do have clubs for dancing. We enjoyed that, but the 18 and over clubs get over crowded with teens who have crashed the place, so the dance floor is crowded with kids. The Cirque show was nice. I enjoyed the food, but heard alot of people complaining that steaks weren't right or something. Ours was good. Excursions are at least 60 dollars per person. All in all it was an ok cruise. That's because I was traveling with alot of family. But the food will definitely bore you to tears! Man was I disappointed with that! I can't think of anything that stood out as outstanding. The kids refused to go to the kid zone. They went one day and refused to go again. I also heard other kids complaining about that. Never can find a deck chair if you don't go throw a towel over one before the sun comes up. I would not go on the Epic again. Too expensive and not worth the cost.

Food was boring and not very good. I was ready to go home for something different

Stateroom was very small. No privacy in bathroom or shower. Two people cannot pass by one another

Just ok. Shows were ok. Not worth all the hype surrounding them

Excursions way too expensive.
