This was the WORST cruise line / ship EVER! Never heard from the captain, not enough FREE activities or entertainment on the ship, everything cost MONEY, waited 2 and a half hours to tender off the ship to one of the destination islands leaving just 3 hours! Island was boring & the blow up water slide was MONEY! The music was horrible, room service was an hour wait and was horrible. Rooms were TOO small! 90% of dining restaurants you had to pay for. As far their motto of Freestyle dining options, you had to WAIT to eat or had to make prior reservations. 80% of crew was unfriendly & non attentive. Very disappointed with this ship.



Food in main dining room (if you waited or made a reservation) was probably best place. There were only 4 included dining options, all other places were a fee.

TOO SMALL! We had a balcony room, with a king size bed and a port-a-crib & A COUCH! there was literally 2 feet to pass to get out to the balcony! Why they left a couch that you couldnt reach or use with a port-a-crib is still a mystery to me!

NOT ENOUGH! Everything was MONEY!

Luckily we didnt do any excursions except Disney

Horrible, really couldnt wait to get off and come home!
