Too big, Only had elevators at front and rear, expect to wait at LEAST 30 min for an elevator. Main activities on floor 5 thru 7. Very CROWDED and LOUD. Food over all was soso. However the shows were great. The ICE bar, a JOKE . $20. each to walk in a freezer tiny.

The design of the ship is not for relaxing, busy busy busy....

The employees did their jobs, and did it well. But their attitude thru out 85% of the ship seemed as if the customer was a pain to them, no happy attitudes, as we had seen on other Norwegian cruises. We had 4 cabins, would NOT ever go on this ship again.

Soso food, have had much better on other ships, including Norwegian

Very nice cabin, but the down side is they allow smoking on decks of cabins, a plus if you like smelling others smoke.

Very Good shows and entertainment.

Very good excursions especially the power boat rides.

Would not suggest this ship, too big, busy and very hard to get around on . Expect a LOT of walking and climbing stairs. Average wait for elevators 30 min
