I would compare my experience on this ship with that of the malls on Black Friday or Boxing Day. Customer service just as pleasant and productive too.

Lots of variety, and pretty good by cruise ship standards. Big eaters may need to order a second serving!

Very average, including the very hard bed. Not a fan of the washroom set-up. Our assigned Housekeeper "Reggie" stood out for his friendliness and service.

We were impressed, especially with the Cirque Dreams (additional charge but well worth it). Premium seating gives unobstructed views of performance, but general seating allowed us to interact with the performers. Blue Man Group, Legends of Rock and Jeff Hobson provided good variety entertainment, suitable for all ages. Other performances at smaller settings also very entertaining.

Rather disappointed with the Epic, and Norwegian in general.

With few exceptions, we found the staff to be very stoic, unengaging. Customer "service" staff are well trained on the corporate line, and made issues worse, rather than attempt to resolve.

The ship may hold 4,000+ passengers, but only has about 3,000 deck chairs. Big problem during days at sea.

Biggest complaint was that our stop-over/port of call in Nassau was cancelled due to "over booking" at the Nassau Port. How that happens is apparently beyond explanation. Passengers were provided with a "shrug of the shoulder" explanation with two hours notice, a promise that Norwegian would write the Prime Minister of the Bahamas, and given a credit of $20.00 (refund of port fees).
