I was very disappointed in NCL and the managing crew of the Crown. From the beginning of our check-in to debarkation the organization seemed to be lacking and the right hand always pointed at the left hand in taking responsiblity. The "reception" desk was very disorganized and unfriendly, not to mention the so-called "security" personnel who were more interested in catching passengers trying to bring wine and alcohol aboard than they were in looking for weapons.

The food was so-so, although generally good. The cabin stewards and wait persons in the dining rooms were very friendly, but many seemed very unhappy with the management aboard the ship. My wife and I travel a great deal and will not travel on NCL again.
