Best week ever! Easy embarkation and disembarkation process. We had an early flight !!:30 out of Tampa and were able to leave the ship (carrying our luggage) at about 8:00. Breezed through customs and arrived at the airport an hour early. We were a little nervous about the service aboard ship because this was the last trip of the season to the western caribbean. We were pleasantly surprised at how great the service was.

We stayed in a mini-suite 11098. My family of 4 was very comfortable in the spacious room. The couch pulls out to a queen sized bed. It is very hard, but our cabin steward got us a comforter to go on top of the pull out. My two girls 12 and 15 never complained. We had towel animals on our beds every night. We had fun trying to guess what animal they would make next. The bed for my wife and I was a king sized bed and was very comfortable. Our room was directly below the ice cream bar. It was very quiet except for the evening of the white hot party. Even then the noise was OK. The bathroom in our cabin was awesome. We had a tub/shower with glass doors. This was separated from the sink area which was separated from the toilet.

The food was very good. We ate in the Brazilean steak house and the Italian restaurant. Both exceeded our expectations and were well worth the cover charge. The entertainment was awesome. The magician was fabulous. The crew talent show was fabulous. All was appropriate for our girls. The teen club was closed for the most part due to the lack of teens on the ship. The crowd had a fair number of senior citizens, but there were people of all ages aboard. Definitely not a party ship.

The ports of call were OK. We expected more mountainous ports. We did ship sponsored tours of horseback riding in Belize and Dolphin encounter in Roatan. The dolphin encounter is well worth the money. What an awesome experience.

All in all we thought that this cruise was well above our expectations. Can't wait for our next cruise.

The food was excellent. Great flavor and lots of choices. We never had to wait for a table for dinner. We ate in the Brazilian steak house and in the Italian restaurants. These were well worth the cover charge.

Stateroom was great. Very spacious and comfortable. Very quiet as well. Loved the towel animals each night

The nightly entertainment was great.

Don't miss the Dolphin encounter in Roatan. Experience of a lifetime. We did a tour on our own (not ship sponsored) in Cozumel. The tour guides never showed up. When we got home and E-mailed them, they said that they changed the meeting place in January and sent us an E-Mail to tell us the new meeting place. I never received that E-Mail. Bottom line - Stay with the cruise offered shore excursions.
