Worst cruise ever. Missed one port, service staff was terrible. Suite stateroom was in state of deferred maintenance. Worst cruise director we have ever seen. Dining staff couldn't get orders right. Waited 30 min. to get water and salad. Passengers were place on shore excursions which were "impossible for them to even try". Person taken off in body bag as we left one port. Casino was VERY smoky. Virtually no daytime entertainment at sea. No contingency plan for guests to entertain them when we did not port due to a murder of another Norwegian ship crewperson on Roatan. Cabin attendant was the only shining light, very good. Sanitizers were empty near the end of the cruise. I did not realize that Norwegian has become a "low end" service provider. I will stick to Royal Caribbean in the future.

The food was served many time wrong. Breakfast in the room was wrong and cold. Serving staff was hard to find. It seems to get any kind of service or a good meal you have to pay for the premium restaurants. Beware, do not go to the buffet the 1st night. They served Lobster in the dining rooms on the 1st night probably due to the fact that most cruisers go to the buffet the 1st night. We were lucky enough to get the lobster.

Out 2 bedroom suite was large, however upon entry we found a pool of water on the master bath floor from a leaky faucet which was NEVER repaired. The windows were filthy, The shower and deck had several cracked tiles glued together. Lots of rust on the balcony. Doors to the master bedroom would not lock, we had to use a bungee to hold them closed and a towel to keep them from banging in higher seas.

$40 for 3 games of Bingo? The usual shows on most cruise ships were not present. Very little for anyone to do but gamble and drink when at sea.

This cruise line doesn't care who they sell and excursion to. We had to wait one hour in a hot boat for two women, one in a walker with oxygen, the other with two arm crutches on an excursion that clearly stated "not for persons with walking difficulties." My wife went on the dolphin encounter (since she does not swim). A 2 hour excursion, 6 1/2 hours later they made them swim in a large pool and changed the excursion to swim with the dolphins. 1/2 the passengers on that excursion did not swim and were scared to death.

Just read the reviews, and be informed. None of the cruise lines have told their passengers that the state department in 2013 stated to no go to Honduras due to the highest crime rates. I for one will probably never use Norwegian again. I will stick to lines like Royal Caribbean, who seem to care more for the customer experience.
