The Norwegian Dawn is a beautiful ship. The freestyle dining was most enjoyable and this was one of our best cruises. Having sailed twenty cruises, I feel obligated to let repeat customers know that it is not always best to book ahead. We were invited to sail as a latitude member at a special price. To make a long story short, we actually could have saved several hundred dollars had we waited to book our cruise. The cruise line when approached, would not make any adjustment. in fact, I wrote a letter to the cruise line and one to the latitude club after our cruise. I indicated my feelings along with some suggestions. They have not shown any courtesy by even acknowledging my letters. Thank you for allowing me to "vent". I will probably sail on NCL again, but not without some hesitation.
