Yes,The seas were very rough on this cruise.We just got back and even though this is a beautiful ship alot has to be said about the lack of service. I have to comment on the cleanliness of some ships rooms and hallways. There was a big problem with the spa,,the Chinese plunge bath was just dirty, I hate to tell you what I thought was in it. There was this ungodly banging on our floor every night that kept us awake alot, and guess what it was a bother for customer service to listen to us. I've been on many cruises and I have to tell you to bypass this one and enjoy a real cruise line like Carnival or Royal C. There is not a midnite buffet worth talking about and for any real good food you have to pay extra for it.Norwegian keep your freestyle.
